Mountain rural roads had developed rapidly in recent years, but also caused traffic accidents frequently at the same time. By survey, the paper analysis the reasons which caused the mountain rural roads passenger transport traffic accidents, such as lack of funds, overload, security facilities flaw, etc. Finally put forward countermeasures including finance guarantee, security facilities, departments cooperation and safety education.
