As one of typical forms of CALL, the network-based English class has been discussed for a period of time. Those discussions are regarding with the merits and demerits of its application in teaching.Yet the existing study of network usage in English class teaching seems to have neglected the two points: the teacher-students utterances in class and the setting of networks in class. Therefore, this paper employs the connotation of structuralism and constructivism, analyzes their instruction in English class teaching, from which the teacher-students utterances and the network setting in class will be discussed
