Because of late start and slow development, Chinese fast food enterprises lost to the western fast food enterprises which have developed to a mature stage and have high degree of standardization. To Chinese fast food enterprises, how to improve the problem of low productivity and low degree of standardization is the current major task. Therefore, this article analyzes and compares the business processes of Chinese and Western fast-food companies, by using process reengineering theory, as a management technology, to find out the gaps and proposes some reengineering measures to promote Chinese fast food companies' efficient operation of production and standardization.
