摘要

Objective. To investigate the effects of Sufentanil preconditioning on myocardial cell apoptosis. Method. To randomly divide 40 SD rats equally into 4 groups, including sham operation group(SHAM Group), ischemia-reperfusion group(I/R Group), ischemic preconditioning group(IPC Group), Sufentanil preconditioning group(SPC Group). To calculate the numbers of myocardial apoptosis cells. Result. he apoptotic index of myocardial cell that the apoptotic index of 3 groups rises obviously compared with group S (P<0.01); while the apoptotic index of group IPC and SPC falls obviously compared with group I/R. Conclusion.Sufentanil preconditioning can protect the myocardial cell from apoptosis, therefore can protect the hearts. Sufentanil is favoured by clinicians due to slight interference in haemodynamics, fast effect, short elimination half life and strong analgesia effect and is extensively applied in clinic; in particular, it is suitable for anesthesia in cardiovascular operations. It has been proved that pre-treated sufentanil can relieve myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury[1] and protect myocardium; But its influences upon myocardial cell apoptosis have been rarely reported. In the experiment, relation between pretreatment of sufentanil and myocardial cell apoptosis is discussed through detecting expression of apoptosis protein of cardiac muscular tissues of rats, offering reference to pharmacy during the perioperative period of cardiac surgeries and other operations of heart patients.
