Summary: The authors present 4 cases of cardiac tumors, confirmed by color Doppler echocardiography performed early postnatal, 2 of which were highlighted by fetal echo.Postnatal no signes of cardiac sufferin.Echo showed in 3 ca-ses intracardiac masses, well circumscribed, located in the IVS and the posterior wall of the LV, without obstruction of LV outflow, diagnosed as rhabdomyoma. One of cases was later diagnosed with tuberous sclero-sis. After 5 years echo showed mild involution of tumors size.In one case, echo revealed aspectes of cardiac fibroma .Conclusion: fetal ultrasound screening at older age of pregnancy may reveal the presence of cardiac tumors, mainly rhabdomyoama, then confirmed by postnatal echo.Monito-ring these tumors is indicated for early detection of obstructive disorders, severe cardiac distress that requiring early cardiovascular surgery.
