摘要

The packaging of food, beverages, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, cosmetics and other goods requires higher property of security and some special functionality such as the property of anti-bacterial; the property of anti-bacterial can be achieved by using anti-bacterial agent in the ink. In this paper, a kind of zinc-copper antibacterial agent was made by attached the metal Zn~(2+), Cu~(2+) on the zeolite by ion exchange and the zeolite modified was used as a carrier; Than the zinc-copper anti-bacterial UV ink was prepared by mixing and grinding zinc-copper antibacterial agent, polyester acrylate, HDDA, TMPTA, titanium dioxide and other element of UV ink; Finally the property of anti-bacterial of Escherichia.coli(anti-E.coli) and staphylococcus aureus were tested; this paper focus on the analysis and discussion of the influence of different concentration antibacterial agent on the property of ink. This study has some practical significance to the research on the property on anti-bacterial of ink.
