The cities are the unique settlements, which have been converted into the field of human's presence and effort in the modern world. This is the field that has created come ascent and descent and bases for itself and like a living organism possesses basic arteries for its survival and the existing human within them. Doubtlessly, water and its governing system is one of the paramount vital arteries in the existing cities. In this course, it is required existing a system for purposeful conducting the water and water transmission to meet this basic need for the inhabitant citizens in the given city within the urban community in order to prevent from any disorder and certain problem in its administrative system. What responsible for this task is water transmission systems and grids that should consolidate the life in these cities like interwoven chains. Inter alia, the presence of knowledge and recognition toward the status of water transmission systems seems vital for urban directors within their administrative area since through acquiring such knowledge it is possible to make the needed efforts against unexpected disasters and destruction like earthquake. Thus, it has been tried in this study to present vulnerability maps from these transmission lines at various hazard levels within GIS maps after modeling and Finite Elements Analysis (FEM) on water transmission pipelines in Qazvin City in order to achieve a relatively recognition of the existing status of Qazvin City water transmission grid in a seismic-susceptible region and thereby the related authorities to be able to deal with reclamation and resistant construction of these vital arteries through more logical perspective.
