摘要

This paper briefly introduced current research on literature resource sharing and customer satisfaction on literature resource sharing services. It based on American Customer Satisfaction Index(ACSI), and combined with literature resource sharing characteristics, which has constructed a evaluation index system on customer satisfaction of literature resource sharing.
