Based on the previous research and its weaknesses.this paper analyses patent storage problems in technology-based enterprise and university's cooperation under the triple helix innovation through short-supply-allowed EOQ model,and explores the optimal storage period,the biggest shortage and the lowest-cost.Then this paper draws some related conclusions.
