摘要

Tourism industry cluster can keep the coordination and integrity of the regional tourist development with the advantages of scale and competitive economy, as an important development path of the tourist industry in Liaoning. Although showing great vital force in the respect of propelling the regional economic development, there exists phenomena of "collection" but not "group" in Liaoning Province. In order to guide the tourism industry cluster of Liaoning Province to break away from this status, this paper puts forward systemic framework based on the analyzing of the feasibility and necessity. Secondly, it constructs a development strategy incentive system for tourism industry cluster of Liaoning Province. Lastly, it puts forward safeguard measures for the development of tourism industry cluster of Liaoning Province including perfect management system, achieve joint marketing, develop service system, achieve funds support, complete coordination mechanism, push demonstration project.
