In order to implement the power online marketing strategies, the power enterprises need to formulate development policy in line with customer orientation, which is in the basic of customer-centric. To do such research, the power enterprises should strengthen the management of users' data and form a sound and efficient online marketing platform. Besides, according to this platform, there is a communication between companies and users, which may further enhance the competition of enterprises.
