This research aims to design systems of sustainability indicators to evaluate the efficiency of Latin American electric energy companies in the integration of strategies and policies in their social environment for the generation of a client who feel satisfied with the quality of services offered and at the same time aware of rational use of this resource. To this end, an investigation confirmatory is conducted type design expostfacto correlational using database crosscountry Report CIER 2008. These are correlated with the frequency of customer contact with information through four (4) global media: TV, radio, newspapers and internet. Through a conceptual analysis made proposed indicators systems formed by three (3) dimensions: customer satisfaction, importance of the elements of perceived quality and electric energy consumption. The design is validated by means of multivariate techniques, with the following elements: the importance of perceived quality in terms of social responsibility, information and communication, corporate image and customer service, the degree of customer satisfaction with the company, the invoice price and the city where he lives, and finally, electric energy consumption expressed in kWh/inhabitant and $/inhabitant. The indicators system has a measuring scale growing of one (1) to ten (10), if the company policies are efficient to obtain high values of customer satisfaction and importance of perceived quality, and low levels of consumption electricity. The contribution of design is that it allows electricity companies and even countries, determine whether marketing purposes that promoted the conservation of energy resources is efficient in the sense of a positive change customer behavior into actionable towards lower energy consumption at home, while maintaining satisfied with the service provided by the company.
