摘要

Integrative modeling and simulation method for induction motor and its control system is presented. The integrative model combines induction motor finite element model and control circuit model together in an integrative simulation platform and considers the coupling effect of the two parts in calculation. The motor stator current, motor electromagnetic torque and speed waves of integrative simulation are analyzed and compared with that of non-integrative simulation, including single control system model simulation in Simulink without motor's electromagnetic field finite element analysis and single induction motor model simulation in Maxwell without precise control strategy. It has proved that the integrative simulation reflects practical performance condition of induction motor, and the results meet the engineering accuracy requirement as well. Meanwhile, the method could further be used to resolve the practical running problems and optimize motor design.
