摘要

To explore occupational injury prevalence among office staff and its association with safety awareness and behaviors, 400 office staff in Beijing were interviewed by questionnaire. Logistic regression model was adopted to compare differences in safety awareness and behaviors between staff with and without historical occupational injuries. Results showed 34.32% of the sample reported historical injuries, and safety awareness and behaviors had negative impact on injury occurrence. Researchers should pay attention to occupational injuries among office staff, investigation on office work environment, summarize their daily behaviors to form office safety guideline and integrate it into employee safety education.
