摘要

This paper is dedicated to the problems of partnerships of enterprises and universities in relation to their social responsibility. The paper aims to identify alternative forms of partnerships of enterprises and universities in the context of their social responsibility and to put the given problems in concrete terms on the example of the Czech Republic practice. The first part defines the possible forms of partnerships on the level of enterprises, then on the enterprise-university level and last but not least on the university level. Next, the attention is paid to the relation of social responsibility and partnerships both from the point of view of enterprises and from the point of view of universities. In the end, the given problems are illustrated with two particular examples from the practice, the partnerships of Faculty of Economics and Administration and Faculty of Arts and Philosophy of the University of Pardubice.
