A set of multilevel, multiindex and comprehensive analysis index system of teaching quality assessment in college is proposed in the research by combining hierarchy analysis with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The weight of each index is defined by using analytic hierarchy process, this make teaching assessment become more scientific, reasonable and justic. At last, the practicability of the method is verified by a practical example. The teaching quality in college may be assessed objectively and equitably by using the method. It is very necessary for teachers to know their practical level and improve their teaching level. Education teaching quality is the core of higher education development. How to improve the education teaching quality and culture high-quality talents has been the issue focused and discussed in higher education circles. Teaching quality in classroom, one of the kernel links in the system of higher education quality, is attached importance to especially in college. Thus establishing a set of practical, scientific, perfect system in teaching quality assessment plays an important role in inspiriting teachers to do well in teaching and accordingly enhancing teaching quality. Methods of matrix paired comparison, expert experience, factor analysis or cluster analysis were adopted to synthetically evaluate teacher's teaching quality when determining weight in traditional teaching quality assessment. These methods have a certain amount of scientificalness, but their disadvantages are excessive subjectivity and insufficient quantization in evaluation. In view of the above problems, author borrowed from previous studies and proposed a set of multilevel, multi-index system of teaching quality assessment in college. This make teaching assessment become more scientific, reasonable and justic. At last, the practicability of the method is verified by a practical example. The teaching quality in college may be assessed objectively and equitably by using the method. It is very necessary for teachers to know their practical level and improve their teaching level. Meanwhile, it may provide important reference for teacher's course arrangement, bonus calculation, title promotion, salary payment and so on in college.
