摘要

The R&D team supports sustainable competitive advantage of new energy enterprises, and performance evaluation is the key point of the team management. Using the balanced scorecard theory, the paper designs R&D team performance evaluation index, around finance, customer, learning and growth and internal operations of four dimensions. Then, the paper builds index weights method and comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP and fuzzy evaluation principle, taking GY group as an example. This research is to provide methodological support for R&D team management of new enerev.
