Developing countries are key emerging markets and producers want to be just as responsible in these countries as we are in developed markets, Whilst most responsible companies and recyclers want to prevent illegal shipments of waste we need to ensure we don't shorten product life cycle as a result, As form factors decrease we will need to be more effective at collection and reporting in order to meet targets set by regulations, The ultimate goal for Dell and others is to achieve closed loop recycling for our products, It is possible to change the rudimentary recycling practices in Developing countries when Governments and Industry work Together.
