The paper simulate electro-hydraulic valve hydraulic system through the study on hydraulic simulation research, research the response of accuracy and stability, using AMESim software build electro-hydraulic valve model, simulate the actual working conditions of the electro-hydraulic valve and column hydraulic system simulation, verify the correctness of dynamic simulation results. Reference simulation results, we present programs to improve electro-hydraulic valve to improve its stability. AMESim software has good dynamic simulation performance and simulation accuracy, which provides a new research idea for overall dynamic performances accurate analysis of the filling hydraulic support system.
