摘要

The non-thermal atmospheric pressure plasma has enabled to open a new avenue of medicine in plasma sciences and technologies. Particularly, the plasma was successfully applied to killing various kinds of cancer cells. Additionally, it is noteworthy that the culture medium, which was exposed to the plasma was effective to kill the cancer cells selectively against the normal one. We named the treated medium “Plasma Activated Medium (PAM)”. The PAM has many applications to medical fields and eventually will make a business opportunity among plasma industries with the medical field. These performances employing the plasma towards medical innovations will be introduced.
