SPEL(Sungan Printed Electronics Lab.) specializes in developing printed electronics related system and process such as roll to roll coating and printing, because printed electronics industry is new high potential industry. Printed electronics is combined industry with traditional roll process and electronic device, the new ink coating and printing technology are needed. SPEL developed new slot die coating process logic for coating conductive ink such as PEDOT:PSS ink, antireflective film making ink for display and also this technology can be applied to traditional packaging film coating. This process control logic is for realizing process repeatability and automatic thickness control in slot die coating.
