摘要

Silicon-substituted aluminophosphate molecular sieves, such as SAPO-18 and SAPO-34, are excellent shape-selective catalysts for the methanol conversion to olefin (MTO) reaction. The microporous framework structure of SAPO-18 is closely similar to, but crystallographically different from that of SAPO-34. SAPO-18/343 was a kind of composite molecular sieve with an intergrowth structure of CHA and AEI. Molecular sieves with different framework structure have different size and shape of their micropores, and therefore giving rise to different activity, selectivity and lifetime for the MTO process.
