This paper presents the fluctuation expansion of Probabilistic Evolution Theoretical Solution (PETS) for quantum dynamical systems when the initial form of the wavefunction is taken as a Gaussian minimum uncertainty wave packet where the standard deviations in position and momentum appear as paramaters. The system's degree of freedom is taken just one for simplicity here, even though it can be extended to the case of higher degrees of freedom without any remarkable difficulty. The content is arranged to emphasize on conceptuality such that no illustrative implementation is needed.
