Aimed at the problems of our current physical exercises such as the deficiencies of training and miscommunication between staffs, this paper presents the research of physical exercise information sharing system, taking this to enhance the interflow between sports workers and improve the training level of competitive sports together. In this paper, it firstly conducts the system requirements analysis of the feasibility, necessity, performance, and other aspects; secondly, it overall designs the system, describing the function, operating mode, and operating environment of the system; finally it spreads aiming on the specific implementation of the system, focusing on introducing the page design, and input functionality of the system. This paper has a positive effect for both sports workers and software engineers.
