摘要

Based on the characteristics of Jiuzhai Valley and research practice of tourist satisfaction, the form of questionnaire to survey is used to reflect the relevant data of tourist satisfaction evaluation and the sample data processing is done by SPSS statistical software through the overall analysis, and the results indicate that in the impact factors of tourist satisfaction and the corresponding satisfaction of each factor is obviously different from each other. Therefore, the satisfaction of environment, infrastructure and management and service are respectively significantly higher than the satisfaction of tourist scale, accommodation and food. And the aspects of the relatively low satisfaction are discussed by means of correlation analysis and one-way analysis of variance.
