At present, digital campus is a new way of understanding and managing the campus. It provides a convenient way to understand and manage the campus. In this paper, based on the needs analysis of Digital Campus, it makes research and practice on conducting technology of three-dimensional terrain models, terrain models, and three-dimensional scene building, develops system functions based on Skyline, builds the campus three-dimensional display and analysis system.
