Aimed at the problem that the water seepage pressure field in drilling holes is difficult to determine during the process of coal high and low pressure water injection; based on the water seepage law in coal; combined with porous medium stress balance equation and fluid continuity equation, the mathematical model of coal high-pressure water injection has been built. Based on physical models of coal seam water-infusion numerical simulation, FLUENT software has been used in numerical simulation on borehole water in seam seepage pressure field under two types of drilling layouts, which are one-way and two-way of 50 m and under two injection pressure conditions, which are 3 MPa and 20 MPa. These reveal the change rule of the water seepage pressure field in high and low pressure coal seam water-infusion and provide theoretical support for coal seam water infusion.
