Technical sciences in this era of advanced technology are essential in transfering scientific knowledge to people of different academic levels, it is a way to simplify the scientific knowledge by facilitating the difficulties and simplifying the complexities, as well as increasing the students concentration; since the audio and visual senses are incorporated in them.e-learning via the Internet is an important factor in the transfer of scientific material to anyone anywhere. Technical sciences has shortened the space and time, effort and money, and became a supporter of the theory instruction integrated theory, especially in the follow-up of the strengths and weaknesses of students, it also assisted in upgrading and interaction, as well as, improving the level of academic achievement of the student.Since Quran recitations need an effort from both the teacher and the students to achieve higher levels. Such efferts are needed in the acoustic perfection of the words of the Quran, and way to apply them by the student. Thus, the best model that facilitates the practical instruction in the transfer and teaching of Quran reciations online is the electronic- Miqrah, where both the teacher and the student meetand communication through voice and images directly. Therefore,this helps to teach Quran reciations and provides more exposure to Quran reciations, and this is reflected threough the many benefits it provided such as: -The possibility of learning Quran recitations for those who cannot attend schools or Quran memorizing circles. -Enable the teaching of the Science of Qira'at for women while in their homes, especially in conservative societies like Saudi Arabi. -To facilitate the teaching of Qira'at in the Muslim world after it was limited only to specialized colleges. -Enable Qira'at teachers to educated others from any part of the world and receive a a certification in the seven or ten different Qira'at.
