Munkacsy was hailed as the greatest painter in Hungarian history for his critical realism painting style. As early as the 1950s, his works have been in China, so many Chinese are familiar with and love his works. The author studied the painting technical characteristics and sources of the Hungarian painter Mihaly Munkacsy.
