Culture is a result of the accumulation of human society, language is the important carrier of culture. Infiltration of western culture and the widely used of English, seriously hindered the globalisation of the Chinese culture, the resulting "cultur al aphasia" phenomenon. As the main place of cultivating high-level talents in colleges and universities, how to use the foreign language teaching reform to change the status quo, is becoming a hot research. This paper first has carried on the outline of "cultural aphasia" phenomenon, and then analyzed the reasons, finally proposed the improvement opinions and suggestions.

机译：文化是人类社会积累的结果，语言是文化的重要载体。西方文化的渗透和广泛使用的英语，严重阻碍了中国文化的全球化，由此产生的“Cultur Al Aphasia”现象。作为培育高校高级人才的主要位置，如何利用外语教学改革改变现状，正在成为一个热门的研究。本文首先载于“文化开发叶”现象的轮廓，然后分析了原因，终于提出了改进意见和建议。
