The testing methodology used for recent data packages covering micronized copper preservative systems is reviewed and compared to a historical data package. In all cases, the data packages discussed cover systems that are very similar to systems listed in the AWPA Book of Standards, but, overall, there is significantly more data available in the recent packages. As an example, the two micronized copper packages have field stake tests that have 8 or 11 years of exposure. Specific data is discussed ingreater detail.
