Our latest acid Zinc-Nickel offers higher corrosion protection in low current density - or an reduction of cycle time. With Zinni 220 it is possible to increase productivity up to 30% or to benefit from a very homogeneous layer thickness distribution. Excellent corrosion performance for barrel and rack parts - 1000 h NSST or 15 cycles VDA w/o red corrosion are easily achieved. Combination with Auxiliary Equipment like Inert Anodes or ZYpHEX enables most efficient acid zinc nickel technology.
