In this paper 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ionic liquid and nano-SiO2 (mean diameter is 30nm) was immobilized with a sample method using agate mortar. The ionic liquids was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Raman spectra and 'HNMR analysis, and abnormal FTIR, Raman spectra and 1HNMR spectra were observed, which suggested that the physical properties of ionic liquid were affected by nano-scale, since the interfacial effects as well as H-bonding between the ionic liquids and nano-SiO_2 could lead to the abnormal FTIR, Raman spectra and 'HNMR results.
