65.1 Introduction Graphene-like nanoparticles (NPs) of 2H-MCh_2 (M= Mo, W; Ch= S, Se; structural type, 2H-MoS_2; ?inorganic graphene-like nanoparticles?) or corresponding nanosheets Ch-M-Ch and nanocomposites (nanoheterojunctions) - graphenelike 2H-MCh2/graphene - are perspective for creating new semiconducting 2D nanomaterials [1-5]. Recently, in the result of intensive qualitative studies, 2D nanomaterials have found new applications in nanoelectronics, nanooptoelectronics, nanophotovoltaics, electronic memory devices, flexible electronic systems, nanomembranes, photocatalysis on semiconducting nanoparticles, lithium sources of current with high capacity, magnetic nanomaterials, nanosensors and nanobiosensors, and nanomaterials for biomedical applications (see, e.g., [6-9]).
