Nanocomposites based on poly(vinylidene fluopride), PVDF, filled with copper nanoparticles, CuNp, were prepared by solution blow spinning, SBS. With this processing method, mats formed by submicrometric fibers were obtained with a quite good dispersion of the nanofiller within the polymer matrix. Nanocomposites with different compositions (0, 1, 2, 5 and 7 % by weight of CuNp) were characterized in order to study the influence of the presence of the CuNp on the structure (FTIR), morphology (SEM) and some properties (thermal and electrical) of the final materials.
