Three-dimensional lattice sandwich material has the dual role of function and structure, is considered to be light, one of the most promising ultra tough versatility of structural materials, especially metal additive manufacturing (3D printing) technology has the shape complexity, hierarchy complexity, material complexity and functional complexity "highlight the advantages of solving lattice structure manufacturing problems. Research to the design method of Additive Manufacturing progress, aiming at some key technical problems in the application of lattice structure of spacecraft structure engineering to explore the corresponding solutions, to achieve three-dimensional lattice structure from the technical study of cohesion theory to engineering application, the method and process of lightweight lattice structure design put forward a surface to increase timber manufacturing the key to solve the geometric modeling, analysis and optimization of material manufacturing growth in three aspects. At last, the DFAM method is tested and verified by the lightweight design of the cushion parts of lunar probe.
