Establishing a scientific and rational benchmarking method for building energy consumption is the key to objectively,justly and accurately evaluating the building energy performance.This paper compares and analyzes the energy consumption benchmarking methods at home and aboard,and proposes a method for determining energy consumption benchmarks based on”multiple regression analysis”and a method for evaluating energy performance by”cumulative probability of energy consumption ratio".Taking 45 government office buildings in Shenzhen as an example,a multi-regression model of energy consumption benchmarks was established and tested,and the model was applied to predict the energy consumption benchmarks and evaluate energy performance of two government office buildings in Shenzhen.The results show that”multiple regression analysis”and”cumulative probability of energy consumption ratio”is more reasonable and accurate than the”statistical characteristics method based on building sub-classification”and”probability method based on building sub-classification and the revision of actual EUI",and can be applied for energy consumption benchmarking of different buildings in different years..The research results can provide useful references for the improvement of building energy consumption standards in China.
