Knowledge of flowering and fruiting plant periods was useful for the understanding of plant physiology and plant response to the environment. Annonaceae as a family of tropical plant species were collected in Purwodadi Botanic Garden (PBG) as an ex-situ plant conservation, has a unique flowering and fruiting plant periods. Observations of flowering and fruiting plant periods were required along-time surveys, were to know differences of flowering and fruiting plant pattern. The study was aimed to evaluate variations of flowering and fruiting time and pattern of selected Annonaceae species in PBG. Observations were done for 4 years (2011-2014), and after two years, observations were studied again which covered in 2017-2018 as an evaluation of patterns and periods of flowering and fruiting plant. The parameters were observed are time and pattern (frequency and class) of flowering and fruiting at selected Annonaceae species in PBG. Results show that flowering and fruiting peak occurs in November and January (2011-2014), and occurs in December and January (2017-2018). Most of the flowering and fruiting pattern was 2 times of the year with sub-annual frequency and irregular class (2011-2014), and 2 times of the year with annual frequency (for flowering pattern), supra-annual frequency (for fruiting pattern) and irregular class (2017-2018). There are little changes on flowering peak and frequency of flowering and fruiting plant for the past 8 years observations. By knowing the behaviour of flowering and fruiting of selected Annonaceae species in PBG will be able to determine of conservation efforts of these plants.
