In this paper, the small deformation and stress of an elastic thin plate with one end fixed and one end simply supported are studied by United Lagrangian - Eulerian method. The kinematic equation and dynamic equation of fluid-solid contact surfaces are put forward by united Lagrangian-Eulerian method. The differential equations for the small deformation of the elastic thin plate were established in a continuous cross-flow of ideal fluid. The expression of deflection is given by the boundary conditions. The Taylor expansion method is used to solve the deformation and stress of the elastic thin plate. The influence of different parameters on plate deformation and stress was analyzed by computer simulation.
