Design of full-link digital marketing in business intelligence era with computer software Edraw Max

摘要

“Digital Intellectualization” is the general term of digital and intelligent concepts, and it is also a new stage of digital and intelligent development. This paper uses Edraw Max, a flow chart network drawing software commonly used by product managers, combined with the perspective of Alibaba cloud research center in 2019, to outline five dimensions of enterprise using computers to achieve digital marketing in the post-pandemic era: user insight, product production, sales strategy, logistics management and overall brand building. This design pays attention to the all-round penetration of computer digital technology into the marketing process, responds to the “fragmentation” of users with "full-links", opens up all links between users and enterprises, realizes the automatic docking of data before and after sales links, and helps enterprises to obtain self-optimization and upgrade of decision-making mechanisms. The author also combined recent real marketing cases to illustrate the inevitability of digital technology to promote full-link marketing, the feasibility of a new design framework, and the problems that have emerged in the current implementation of enterprises. Finally, comprehensive ecological sustainable development is put forward as an expectation in the conclusion of this article.
