The mobile learning is considered as a future learning mode, or an indispensable learning mode for the future learning. It is another new learning mode after the digital learning and a new hot spot in the field of the educational technology. Under the background of the popularization of the concept of the lifelong learning, China's continuing education is also facing the significant opportunities for transformation and development. Based on the characteristics of the continuing education students, the previous education model has been unable to meet the requirements of the continuing education students for the diversification of the learning forms at any time, anywhere, and at the same time, it has restricted the students' freedom and initiatives in their learning.
