摘要

Under the intelligent shared economy, we aim to explore the innovative design of the shared service system of user-centered community shared household hardware tools, so as to solve the problem of insufficient storage of household tools and waste of resources for community users. By analyzing and studying the products and services under the shared economy, we grasp the characteristics and modes of the shared economy, take the community residents as the major center for the research, and summarize the actual experience and demand of users using hardware tools, so as to innovatively design the service system according to the available information which is extracted from users' experiences and demands. To design with the concept of shared, and deeply design the shared tool service system on the basis of service interaction design, and research a set of rational shared household hardware tool service system.
