This paper develops a small-gain methodology for assessing stability of regarded dynamical networks. The network components referred to as subsystems are assumed to be integral input-to-state stable (iISS) when they are disconnected. No assumption is made on the graph describing the interconnection topology. Time-delays residing in the subsystems and the interconnection channels are allowed to be both discrete and distributed. Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals are constructed for such networks by summing up nonlinear transformations of individual Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals of the subsystems.
