This paper analyzes the incidence of current different food financial subsidy policies to food quantitative security in China from the aspect of empirical analysis. It utilizes gray relational analysis method to analyze the effect evaluation of food financial subsidy policies to food quantitative security. We can get the basic conclusions, which include: Food financial subsidy policies can make sense in food quantitative security, improving food self-sufficiency rate and mobilizing the farmers' enthusiasm, but its function is limited. Nowadays, Chinese grain direct subsidy policy can only make little effect in food quantitative security, improving self-sufficiency rate of grain and mobilizing the farmers' enthusiasm. The effect made by productive special subsidies is better than that made by comprehensive income subsidies. The grain direct subsidy' effect is the worst in the four kinds of subsidies.
