摘要

This paper introduces the researches on the reliability and accelerated life testing(ALT) for motor drive system. The temperature and electricstress are used for the study of ALT. The accelerated model under multiple-stress is the generalized Eyring model,where used the binary function interpolation method to estimate the parameter of the model. It presents the accelerated model and accelerated factor for DC bus capacitance in motor drive system under multiple-stress models such as temperature and electric-stress.
