摘要

The rural small hydropower is a very important part of Jiangxi Grid Corp,and how to adapt to the requirement of 'Five Big' Planning of State Grid is an urgent task.This paper presents the status of rural small hydropower and analyzes the problems of rural small hydropower management system in Jiangxi,China from the following three aspects:(1) The imperfect of national regulation and management system; (2) The problems of small hydropower plant operation; (3) The uncoordinated of grid merge.Finally,the paper gives some suggestions about how to adapt to the requirement of 'Five Big' system of China State Grid.
机译：农村小水电是江西网格公司的一个非常重要的部分，如何适应“五大”国家网格规划的要求是一个紧急任务。本文提出了农村小水电的地位，分析了农村问题中国江西的小水电管理系统从以下三个方面起：（1）国家监管管理系统的不完美; （2）小水电站运行问题; （3）对网格融合的不协调。最后，本文提出了一些关于如何适应中国国家电网“五大”系统要求的建议。
