摘要

The corrugated web rail has been successfully rolled. This new kind of rail structure is superior to traditional rail on mechanical properties. Because wave parameters of the corrugated web rail directly affects the mechanical properties, It is necessary to optimize the wave parameters. In this paper, the Simulated Annealing algorithm (SA) combined with Finite Element Method (FEM), a new kind of structural optimization method is established. MATLAB language is used to compile the program combined on the SA with FEM to optimize sine curve parameters of the corrugated web rail. Compared with the zero order and first order optimization method of ANSYS program, the result of this optimal method is better.
