To improve health condition of surrounding residents, based on service-oriented architecture, the 309th Hospital uses a unified protocol, standardized data conversion,application of modern information network technology and the latest health management theory, designs and implements health management information system based on the health records. Data center is built based on the hospital's existing information network infrastructure to form individual-centered health records by integrating data from various sources, which improves resident'health and quality of life and reduces the inciderice of chronic disease.
