摘要

In recent years, with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in our country, a large number of agricultural land transform into non-agricultural land, and because of the changes in supply and demand, and external investment, the land eventually achieve a substantial value-added. Based on land value increment principle, analysis of the factors affecting land shares dividends, in this paper the system dynamics model of Xiaoshan area of land shares dividends is established and simulated. The result shows that benefit-sharing compensation makes the distribution between these three subjects reasonable, and narrows their gap. System simulation serves a good method for land value increment distribution study.
