In Romania there is no specific legislation concerning combating violence and "mobbing" at the workplace, nor are there bills on the matter, however the protected right to bodily integrity and health can also be touched though a non-violent, non-aggressive manner, at the work place. It is for this reason that it is necessary to also analyze the mobbing phenomenon, which although less known in our system of law, is granted high importance in the systems of right of member states and other systems throughout the world.
